Classika/Synetic Theaters - Washington, DC

While living in Northern Virginia, I was hired to produce some specialty costumes for a few of the outlandish productions put together by Classika/Synetic Theater (just outside of Washington, DC).  This small theater company pushes the limits on interpretive renditions of classic works and the costuming often pushed me to think beyond my usual skill-set.  The red dresses in Dracula were no exception with their stretchy fabric and limited budgets!  But what an experience!

The production of Dracula even got a run at the Kennedy Center!

(I had to pull some of these photos off old media from the internet so I apologize for the low quality.)
